Get to know our Leadership Circle

Leanne Brus-Bentley

Starting this women’s giving circle is deeply personal for Leanne. Throughout her successful career in Executive Management and Human Resources, she has seen firsthand how powerful it is when women are supported, encouraged, and given the opportunity to lead. She has been fortunate to have people who believed in her, and now wants to create that same sense of support and belonging for others. This circle is about more than giving—it’s about building an inclusive community where every woman feels seen, heard, and valued. By coming together, we can enable each other to grow, lead, and thrive. It’s time to pass on opportunity.

As a senior executive, with significant experience in people, safety, and culture and passion for social justice, Laura knows that success is often underpinned by the courage that comes from those around us, who have our backs and encourage us.  She is deeply committed to bringing this giving circle to life, so that her experience can be amplified for as many women as possible in South Australia. She wants every woman who interacts with SA Women for Women to experience the real benefit created by other women coming together in support of each other, creating a community where every woman can thrive.
